Mental peace and quality sleep are the basis for good health. To help you, you can take syrup for the nerves, which contains for example mint, fragrant lavender, hop, lemon balm, i.e. herbs that help with sleep. The strong group of herbs is complemented by hawthorn, which calms and helps the normal function of the nervous system, and valerian, which together with lemon balm, benefits cognitive functions such as memory or attention.

The basis of Dr. Svatek's herbal syrups "by the spoonful" is malt rich in B vitamins. The syrups contain the highest possible percentage of herbs and, in addition, vitamin C, which is crucial for immunity and proper functioning of the body.

Recommended dosage:

Children aged 3-6 years 3 times a day 1 mocha spoon (2 ml), children aged 3-12 years 3 times a day 1 teaspoon (5 ml). Children aged 12 years and older and adults 3 times a day 1 tablespoon (10 ml). Recommended duration of use one month, then a week break. Shake before use. Possible inflammation is due to the high herbal percentage and is not detrimental. Once opened, refrigerate (at 4-8°C), best consumed within 2 months.

Warning:

Do not combine with benzodiazepines and blood thinners (such as Warfarin). Not intended for children under 3 years of age, breastfeeding and pregnant women. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. The product is not intended as a substitute to a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children! Store up to 25°C. Keep away from frost and direct sunlight.

*9.2 g of dried herbs were used per 100 ml of syrup, i.e. 2769 mg per daily dose (30 ml)
