Preparation and Dosage: 3 times a day 0.5 teaspoon (0.5-1 g) per 200 ml of water, boil for 10-15 minutes. Solution: 3 tablespoons (10-20 g) per 400 ml, boil for 15 minutes, suitable for rinses and wraps.
