Preparation and Dosage:Tea: children 3-10 years 1 teaspoon (1 g) per 200 ml of water 3 times a day, 10 years and older 1 tablespoon (2-3 g) per 200 ml of water 3 times a day. Infuse for 10-15 minutes, drink lukewarm in sips 60-30 minutes before meals. Infusion: Infuse 1 tablespoon (2-3 g) per 100 ml for 15 minutes, rinse your mouth as needed.
