Fennel is one of the seven medicinal herbs that form the basis of Herbadent dental products. It has disinfectant properties that help to fight infections and during gargling soothe irritated throat.

Preparation and Dosage: 3-5 times a day 1 teaspoon (1.5-3 g) of crushed fruit per 200 ml of boiling water, infuse for 10-15 minutes. Solution: 3 tablespoons (20 g) per 500 ml of water, boil for 15 minutes, suitable for rinses and wraps.
